Skerry View is situated almost half a mile from the main road along a private gravel track that is easily accessible. There is ample parking for up to three cars and room for more, if required. The house is set amidst crofting ground. Traffic accordingly is no issue for pets or young children and while the land is freely available for walking under the outdoor access code, we would ask you to respect that the grass in surrounding fields is largely grown and cropped from the beginning of May until the end of August. It is not good policy to walk in the cropped areas during these times.

The house has a phone line connection that allows for calls to be made and received but we would prefer that you do not use this as your primary form of communication and more as a backup for emergencies. There is unlimited WIFI broadband in the house available in the dining room and kitchen area.

For security you will be given a full set of keys for ‘necessary’ doors and windows on arrival and an additional master set is retained at all times by us.

Rubbish is uplifted by the Local council from the end of the access track to the house every Tuesday. Further and more detailed information is available in the house with regard to waste disposal.
